- Strong, influential and effective leadership of DHRPS with youth engagement to ensure the realization of human rights among the persons with disabilities.
- Removal of discrimination on the basis of disabilities and full and effective implementation of CRPD to make the rights of persons with disabilities real in their day to day life.
