Access to quality health and rehabilitation services remains limited for many persons with disabilities in Nepal, particularly children and those living in rural and marginalized communities. DHRPS works to improve access to inclusive health and rehabilitation services through community outreach, awareness, referral support, and coordination with health institutions. By promoting community-based rehabilitation approaches and inclusive health systems, DHRPS aims to reduce dependency on institutional care and ensure that persons with disabilities can live healthier, more independent lives within their families and communities.
